Shipments and returns

Our aim is to please you. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so are ready to deal with any problems that arise.


Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

1. The Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
2.The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
4. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
5. Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
6. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
7. Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
8. If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Because we offer free shipping for your order. The shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
